Sales Account Manager (Northern Area, UK)

Job Role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager with proven ability of building and
maintaining, successful, long-lasting customer relationships. A Sales Account Manager who is
informative and knowledgeable, who is able to empower our customers in their decision making and
will develop and grow strong relationships built on trust in our fantastic products and our high-level
customer service.

The Sales Account Manager’s duties:

  • Demonstrate excellent technical/product knowledge of the company’s products
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person, via video calls, telephone calls
    and emails
  • Grow sales revenue through proactive onboarding of new dealerships
  • Maximise sales opportunities at all times in the northern area from the midlands up to and including
    Scotland and Northern Ireland – generating interest in new and existing products and creating new
    leads 
  • Increase business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Collect customer feedback and carry out market research
  • Keep up to date with products and competitors
  • Review own sales performance, to meet or exceed departmental KPIs using company CRM
  • Hit and exceed revenue targets and product sales targets
  • Be an enthusiastic and flexible individual with the ability and desire to drive sales
  • Be a motivated team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be target driven, organised, and maintain a meticulous in-depth knowledge of products and
    services provided
  • Have the analytical skills to identify customer needs and propose solutions of benefit to
    the customer
  • Have a consultative approach to selling and always be looking to identify, maximise and
    close every sales opportunity
  • Have excellent customer service skills, being well-spoken and articulate with a professional
    telephone manner and appearance
  • Have a positive, confident, and determined approach
  • Have resilience and the ability to cope with rejection
  • Possess a high degree of self-motivation and ambition
  • Have the skills to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Have the capability to flourish in a competitive environment
  • Possess the ability to demonstrate good judgement and integrity
  • Be reliable in consistently using the CRM to log, and progress sales leads

Days of work are Monday to Friday.

Hours as required to meet the business needs and hit the agreed sales targets

Job Type: Full-time
Attractive basic salary package commensurate with experience, with exceptional commission opportunity.

Excellent OTE.
Vehicle, fuel, laptop, mobile, lunches all provided as standard.
